Here is a meal I had today. It was breakfast of course! Scrambled eggs with tomato, spinach, basil, and garlic. Yum yum yum! Love sneaking veggies into breakfast! I also had a half of grapefruit which is great for burning fat and getting the morning metabolism revving. I got in a carb with whole wheat toast. This toast had no sugar but still made me feel sick. Yuck. I used jam and butter on the toast.
